My Life in Vientiane

             In my adult class last week we wrote paragraphs about “A Place I Know.” Although I don’t know Vientiane all that well yet, here’s a nice little snapshot of “My Life in Vientiane.” I’ll keep the writing at a GB3B level J

I live in an apartment with another PiA fellow named Sareeta. This is my room.

My apartment is off “Nursery Road.” (aka the road with all the plant nurseries)

I ride my bicycle to work. It takes about 10 minutes.

I pass a temple called Wat Phonxayset-thathirath along the way.

I work at Vientiane College.

I eat a lot of delicious food.

Sometimes, I eat breakfast at Kung’s Café!

On Sunday, I ate dinner along the Mekong River.

I am enjoying life in Vientiane.
